Requirements

• Hold active medical licensure in California
• Be Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Pain Management
• Have experience in processes related to Independent Medical Exams (IME) and review
• Possess strong skills in medical documentation and writing, especially in the context of evidence-based guidelines
• Be able to evaluate medical necessity with clear and concise reporting

Responsibilities

• Review and provide advisory opinions on cases
• Maintain a flexible schedule and choose case types and volume
• Conduct work based on scheduled availability
• Complete reviews within the typical turnaround time (TAT) of 7 business days
