Requirements

  • 1-2 years of non-technical or R4R recruitment sourcing experience, in a fast-paced environment
  • High-volume hiring experience
  • Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated

Responsibilities

  • Find and attract the world's best recruiters to work at Talentful
  • Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
  • Working internally at Talentful, supporting the revenue function
  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
