Summary

The job description is for an International Trainee position in Quality, Health & Safety at Vattenfall. The trainee will work in one of the following locations: Stockholm, Kolding, Hamburg or Amsterdam. Requirements

• Master's degree in Quality Management, Health & Safety or equivalent
• Project management experience in a complex organization
• Experience analyzing existing management systems across multiple business units
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new Quality, Health & Safety (QHS) standards
• Support and coordinate projects and activities aimed at executing the QHS strategy
• Manage communication and updates for various stakeholders
• Create and distribute a monthly QHS newsletter
• Proactively identify and lead initiatives for continuous improvement
• Help develop and maintain a SharePoint platform dedicated to QHS
• Assist with monthly reporting

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate across multiple countries and business units
