Summary
RideNow Powersports Weatherford is seeking an Internet Sales Person to convert leads and drive customer loyalty in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate has experience selling motorcycles and powersports or is willing to learn. Responsibilities include managing incoming leads, setting appointments, communicating with customers effectively, data entry, and assisting with team growth.
Requirements
- Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred but not required
- Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
- Experience building and motivating a team of sales or internet sales associated
- Energetic and Outgoing Personality
- Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
- The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
- Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about Powersports Vehicles
- Set and confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers
- Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional email/writing skills
- Customer follow up and retention- Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers
- Keep abreast of incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate our vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Data Entry- Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM
- Assist with growing a team under you once our new location is receiving enough leads to add assistance
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles desired
