Summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to manage leads, perform data entry, and follow up with customers in the powersports e-commerce setting. The ideal candidate has previous experience in automotive or powersports internet sales, is familiar with CRM systems such as Eleads, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
  • Ability to work full time, on-site, Thursday-Monday

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about Powersports Vehicles
  • Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers
  • Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional email/writing skills
  • Customer follow up and retention- Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers
  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate our vehicles quickly and efficiently
  • Data Entry- Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
