Summary

RideNow Powersports Austin is hiring an Internet Sales Specialist to manage incoming phone calls and internet leads about powersports vehicles, confirm sales appointments, communicate effectively with customers, keep abreast of inventory, and maintain accurate customer information. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume call center environment and handling e-commerce sales leads, previous automotive or powersports internet sales experience is preferred, and excellent communication skills are required. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume call center environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality
  • Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
  • The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about powersports vehicles
  • Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers
  • Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication
  • Customer follow up and retention- Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers
  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently
  • Data Entry- Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads
