Join Quandela, a global leader in quantum computing, as a Communication Intern. Support the Head of Communication in executing and enhancing Quandela's communication strategy. Collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-growing startup environment. Manage social media, including content creation, trend monitoring, performance analysis, and visual creation. Assist with media relations, coordinate with the PR agency, and contribute to editorial planning. This 6-month internship, starting between September-October 2025, offers a monthly allowance between €1,200 and €1,400, along with benefits like Swile card, transportation cost participation, remote work possibility, and 1.5 days off per month. The internship is open to Master's students in related fields.
Requirements
- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement
- You have availability for a 6-month internship starting between September-October 2025, gap year or end-of-study
- You have strong writing skills in both French and English
- You have knowledge of social media platforms and strategies
Responsibilities
- Create & Schedule Content: Design and share engaging posts tailored for our professional social media platforms
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media to drive innovation
- Analyze Performance: Prepare and present monthly KPI reports to track and optimize our social media efforts
- Visual Creation: Craft simple visuals that align with our brand identity using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite
- Manage Stakeholders: Maintain communication with stakeholders, including external agencies and designers, to ensure alignment with the brief and project objectives
- Support Media Relations: Assist in managing press contacts and opportunities to enhance Quandela’s visibility
- Coordinate with PR Agency: Collaborate with our PR agency to execute communication initiatives
- Editorial Contributions: Help develop and refine our global editorial planning to ensure consistent and impactful messaging
Preferred Qualifications
- You are interest in media relations and PR strategies
- You have ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Suite and Canva
- Previous experience in a startup or tech environment
