The job is for a marketing professional to join one of Emma's Country Teams and implement their marketing strategy by designing, writing, optimizing copy, and delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner. The role requires fluency in English, collaborative skills, adaptability to fast-paced growth environments, structure, organization, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Join one of our Country Teams to bring to life our marketing strategy - design, write and optimize copy, and deliver high quality project in a timely manner
• Identify and structure, together with your team, creative challenges and briefs that bring the best out of the Emma brand
• Develop project plans with an agile approach
• Communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams
• Be able to work with different marketing channels to analyze the performance of your creative projects

Preferred Qualifications

Italian / French / German is a plus
