Requirements

• Maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Major in public relations, communications, English, journalism or marketing
• Be a junior or senior in college
• Strong organization, communication and time management skills
• Good team player with positive attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Proficiency in social media platforms, and additional skills with Photoshop, Illustrator and other photo-editing software will be an advantage
• Have a high proficiency in both written and spoken English. (Fluent spoken and written Chinese is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Preparing different types of communication materials, e.g. press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, briefing documents, fact sheets, executive biographies
• Contributing to the agency’s social media platforms
• Participating in strategy meetings, brainstorming sessions, media interviews, events and research studies
• Conducting research and analysis using the latest research tools
• Building relationships with journalist, bloggers, and other members of the media
• Assisting in planning and execution of photo shoots and special events
• Supporting with the management of crises and learn how to respond in an effective manner
