Investment Analyst/Manager

Summary

Join RPO Recruitment as an Investment Analyst/Manager for our esteemed client's Private Equity team. Responsibilities include conducting industry analysis, developing financial models, coordinating due diligence, preparing reports, and maintaining relationships with partners. A BCom Degree in Finance or related field is required, with 3 to 6 years of experience in an investment bank, private equity, or venture capital fund. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are necessary. Remote work is offered.

Requirements

• BCom Degree in Finance or related field
• Work experience from 3 to 6 years in an investment bank, private equity or venture capital fund, Big3 or Big4 (valuation, due diligence, strategy), investment divisions of financial and industrial groups
• Good knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in financial modelling (DCF)
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve non-standard problems
• Developed communication skills and focus on results
• Independent multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry analysis and search for investment opportunities
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of investment cases
• Develop financial models to assess the value of projects and companies
• Participate in structuring investment projects and negotiating the terms of the transaction
• Prepare presentations, memoranda and other materials
• Coordinate due diligence with the involvement of external consultants
• Coordinate the preparation of legally binding documentation in accordance with the agreed terms
• Prepare clear, concise, regular reports
• Maintain trusting relationships and direct contact with partners, consultants and other stakeholders
• Provide planning support and participate in events

CFA/ACCA/CPA certificates
