Ip Enforcement Manager

Requirements

• Have experience in IP management or brand protection in an international context
• Have experience as an in-house IP expert and successfully obtained a qualification in science or in law
• Understand the business-context of IP and can add ideas for the long term strategy for our company
• Have strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in IP infringement data
• Have basic project management skills to organize arising operational tasks relating to the day-to-day functioning of our IP portfolio and department
• Have experience working with custom authorities and patent offices such as the EPO, DPMA, WIPO, USPTO and other relevant offices
• Be precise, work in a structured fashion, and be used to meeting deadlines and manage processes
• Fit in our team with a high level of commitment and the ability to work under pressure, a confident attitude and strong communication skills
• Be a quick learner, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle a multitude of responsibilities
• Business fluent English is required

Responsibilities

• Manage IP enforcement across all intellectual property rights, identifying and investigating infringing products or activities and developing strategies to resolve issues efficiently
• Protect our brand on e-commerce platforms by monitoring online marketplaces and social media, collaborating with external partners and the Sales team as needed
• Optimize processes and workflows for effective enforcement of IP rights
• Build connections with customs authorities and e-commerce platforms worldwide
• Contribute to the progress and development of an enforceable IP portfolio consisting of patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights
• Contribute value to the planning of the company's IP portfolio and overall IP strategy
• Support managing our external expert lawyers and law firms to ensure that air up is protected by world-class IP coverage
• Continuously support optimizing existing and create new scaling processes
• Be responsible for the careful maintenance of our internal documentation system
