Summary
Join Wellhub's Global Risk & Controls team in Brazil as an IT Audit Manager. You will oversee and manage audits of IT systems and processes, developing an IT Risk and Control Matrix to support SOX compliance. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating IT risks, developing and implementing audit plans, conducting audits, preparing reports, and providing guidance to the IT team. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of IT audit experience, strong knowledge of IT systems and security, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT auditing (SOX), information security, or IT risk management
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity practices, and data privacy regulations
- In-depth understanding of information security policies, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Strong familiarity with relevant regulations and frameworks, including SOX, GDPR, COSO, COBIT
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, flexible, and hands-on with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate IT risks and control deficiencies, defining action plans to address them properly
- Develop and implement a SOX risk-based IT audit plan
- Conduct IT audits, including reviews of IT infrastructure, applications, data security, and IT processes
- Execute test of IT controls and identify areas of risk and improvements
- Prepare audit reports for Wellhub leadership, IT, and applicable business leaders
- Provide guidance and support to the IT team on control-related issues, monitor the implementation of recommendations, and report on progress
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Netsuite
- Experience in Internal Audit and BIG 4 background
