Requirements

• Have 3-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in low-code development platforms such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, Retool, and JavaScript
• Possess proficiency in low-code scripting and development
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement
• Have experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Be able to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with various stakeholders
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and objectives
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the organization, leveraging low-code platforms to implement efficient and scalable solutions
• Utilize low-code scripting platforms (Google Apps Script, Zapier, Javascript, Retool, etc.) to design, develop, and deploy applications that meet business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs, ensuring alignment with IT standards and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including vendors, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects
• Support project managers in organizing, planning, and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, processes, solutions, and user guides
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the solutions developed
