Requirements

• Have 2nd line support experience and system administration experience
• Know Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and related applications
• Be proficient in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and MDM solutions
• Be familiar with common office software and productivity tools
• Be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Possess problem-solving skills to address a wide range of IT problems
• Have excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users
• Have efficient time management to prioritize and address multiple support requests
• Be fluent in Swedish and English

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard employees; image and allocate laptops
• Secure endpoints and data
• Support internet connectivity and printing solutions
• Track and update hardware in the management tool
• Work with Global EIT team
• Travel between sites to provide support where needed
• Receive user requests and track tickets from the opening of the incident to resolution and closure
• Record reported incidents or operating anomalies
• Process requests according to their importance, complexity and urgency
• Assist users, if necessary, using remote support tools
