Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 3+ years professional information technology experience with bachelor's or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience configuring and administering end-user computing technologies
• 3+ years' experience patching out-of-the-box and custom developed workstation applications
• Hand-on experience with the following technologies is required: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Azure Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Group Policy, Windows 10 & 11, PowerShell scripting, Nexthink, ServiceNow
• Industry certification in Microsoft 365 Desktop Administration or Microsoft 365 Security Administration is required

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Pathward’s technologies and recommend improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality and operational support functions
• Contribute to estimates on work in a timely manner and deliver against them
• Assist other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting as needed
• Evaluate new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies to stay current on emerging technologies and future expectations
• Ensure the quality of applications and/or infrastructure technologies through testing applications and following IT standards and guidelines
• Build test data necessary to perform the tests
• Ensure applications and/or infrastructure meet security standards as defined by IT
• Identify and report risks to technologies
• Understand the data as part of the technologies being supported
• Help to maintain documented processes, best practices and standards
• Other duties as assigned
