Requirements

• Proven experience in IT management or advanced IT administration experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Founding mindset – comfortable building from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, and taking full ownership of IT functions
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, system administration, and user support
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Linux, and iOS operating systems
• Proficiency in device management, software access management, G Suite administration, and Google Workspace tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive IT initiatives forward

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust IT infrastructure, managing company hardware and software across MacBooks, iMacs, Windows desktops, and mobile devices
• Develop and oversee IT systems, optimizing configurations, automating workflows, and integrating tools to improve efficiency
• Act as the primary IT resource, providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless employee experience
• Build and enforce security policies, manage user access controls, and protect company data against cyber threats and compliance risks
• Develop the IT roadmap, scale infrastructure to support company growth, and evaluate new technologies to enhance operations
• Select, negotiate, and manage IT vendors, ensuring cost-effective solutions and strategic partnerships
• Create and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and support future scaling
