Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales or business development in the outsourcing or customer support industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1+)
  • Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads within target markets using our existing database, additional sources including LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking events
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to initiate contact with prospects, including crafting personalized emails, making cold calls, and leveraging social media
  • Engage in nurturing leads through follow-ups and personalized communication, automated drip campaigns and multi-channel engagements
  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on their potential to convert into clients. Gather relevant information about their requirements, budget, and decision-making process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking their progress from initial contact through to conversion
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with overall business goals
  • Assist in creating customized proposals and presentations that address the unique needs of each prospect. Ensure timely follow-up and address any questions or concerns
  • Record all interactions and lead data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking for sales reporting
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, demo success rates, deal closures, and overall pipeline health

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with outsourcing services and industry practices
