IT Software Engineer Sr

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean
• Experience with the following technologies is expected: General knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Classic ASP, VB Script, Entity Framework, WPF, JavaScript, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, MSMQ, and NServiceBus
• Strong Understanding of Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Expert in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Perl
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Team City, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements features that modify existing software products and/or capabilities and designs and implements features for products and/or capabilities that do not yet exist
• Interacts with users to define system requirements and/or to add necessary modifications

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years professional software design and development experience preferred

Benefits

• Salary range: $82,918.25 – $153,136.92
• The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location
• This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity
