IT Support Analyst

Summary

Join Trustly's Internal IT team and provide exceptional technical support to empower colleagues. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, equipment inventory, access grants, and the office network. The role involves basic development, process automation, and corporate systems administration. Trustly offers a remote-first culture, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil. This position requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, IT support experience, fluency in English, and MacOS/Linux OS knowledge.

Requirements

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related knowledge areas
• Experience in activities on IT/infrastructure support
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of MacOS and/or Linux OS
• Experience with Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to our final users on their requests and/or issues
• Run Onboarding / Offboarding processes
• Update equipment inventory
• Send/receive equipment to/from repair
• Send/receive equipment to/from users
• Grant/revoke access
• Manage Office Network
• Basic development
• Automate existing manual processes
• Administer Corporate Systems
• Manage internal processes

Preferred Qualifications

• MDM knowledge – JAMF Preferable
• IAM / SSO knowledge – Okta Preferable
• Knowledge of computer Network basic configuration
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environment
• Experience with Email server management
