Join Interlaced, a cloud-focused IT services provider, as a contracted IT Support Associate in Buenos Aires! This full-time, remote position requires knowledge of common business technologies and experience with various cloud infrastructure components. You will assist end users remotely via chat, phone, and email. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, stays updated on technology trends, and can effectively communicate complex solutions to diverse clients. Note that in 2025, the role may transition to require in-office work three days a week.
Requirements
- Possess knowledge of common business technologies
- Have experience working in diverse technical environments as well as with various cloud infrastructure components
- Possess a technical skill-set and stay up to date with the latest technology trends
- Have the ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes
- Work from 8am - 5pm Eastern Time (UTC -4 / -5), Monday through Friday excluding holidays
Responsibilities
- Assist end users through remote sessions via chat, phone and email
- Maintain a dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet connection
- Simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users
- Interact with each level of the client's business, from the front desk to the CEO
Preferred Qualifications
Have all the necessary cloud skills (training provided if needed)
