Requirements
- Quick Learning: Ability to absorb new concepts and tools quickly
- Hands-on Experience with Microsoft O365 Products: Familiarity with O365 and Google Workspace applications is essential
- Networking Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental networking protocols and infrastructure
- Operating System Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Scripting Skills: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle end-user requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and network issues
- Set up for new employees β collecting requirements, imaging, setup, deployment, induction, and follow-up
- Maintain and update the IT asset inventory to ensure accurate tracking of equipment
- Research, recommend, and deploy IT hardware and services
- Ability to think outside the box and demonstrate forward-thinking
- Manage basic IT tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of issues
- Must be able to handle JIRA and ITSM tools
- Document procedures, configurations, and changes to the IT environment
- Respond to internal IT support requests and provide basic user training
- Assist in regular system updates, patches, and software installations
- Manage video conferencing or audio and video setup in the office
- Manage MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools for mobile device provisioning, security, and monitoring
- Available to work evenings with the US team
