Summary

Join Pennylane, a rapidly growing Fintech company, and lead the IT Support team. Manage team members, daily objectives, and software administration, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding processes. Oversee security compliance, provide helpdesk support, and develop training programs. Collaborate with the IT Projects team and manage external partners. This role requires experience as an IT Manager in a fast-growing SaaS environment, familiarity with Apple environments and SaaS administration, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • You have prior experience as an IT Manager, ideally in a fast-growing, SaaS-oriented environment
  • You're comfortable with Apple environments and experienced in SaaS administration (such as Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion, etc.)
  • You understand security and compliance requirements: data protection, access rights management, with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance experience being a bonus
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and pragmatic
  • You excel at communication: as IT Support Manager, you'll interact daily with all Pennylane teams and present your IT Support roadmap strategy
  • You are fluent in both English and French
  • To speak English (level is assessed and appreciated according to the department you’re applying to)
  • To be energized by an ever-shifting work environment
  • To be highly collaborative (within your team or other stakeholders)
  • Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions on your day to day activity

Responsibilities

  • Management: as manager of the IT Support team, you are responsible for team members (team spirit, individual development, training, etc.) and daily objectives (projects, quality, security, compliance, communication, etc.)
  • Software administration: You will manage access to all our tools, including account creation and rights management, while monitoring and auditing these processes
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: You are responsible for equipment and software provisioning, machine preparation, and introducing new employees to our IT environment and security protocols. You will also oversee the operations for external partners and freelancers
  • Security Compliance: you oversee IT Security metrics monitoring (alerts), as well as non compliance against our internal IT policies (shadow hardware, security bypass, etc.)
  • Helpdesk: you will provide support for our teams in Paris and remotely (ticketing and training)
  • You will develop and support a pool of "daily admins" from other teams who manage their specific business tools (setting, support, user management)
  • Training: you will organize global and specialized trainings to ensure that our teams are as efficient as possible on our tools and that they are aware of security issues. You will also set up a knowledge base, monitoring tools, etc
  • Suppliers Management: external partners, IT budget, orders, etc
  • IT Projects team: You will collaborate closely with the IT Projects team, in charge of IT infrastructure and automation, internal tooling development, security audits, software procurement
