Requirements

  • 2 or more years’ experience in IT support
  • Proven experience providing high-quality technical support and customer service to end-users in various environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Experience managing and responding to technical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime
  • Expertise in diagnosing and repairing hardware malfunctions, including workstations, laptops, printers, and other equipment
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth functioning of software and minimizing disruptions to business processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-premise & remote end-user support, troubleshooting, and diagnosing problems on-site and remotely
  • Track and manage service requests via email, phone, or in-person
  • Install, customize, and test hardware and software
  • Maintain inventory of all company hardware and software through cloud management systems
  • Create and maintain user training and help documentation
  • Provide presentation support, including audio/visual equipment
  • Set up and support mobile devices remotely
  • Prioritize, track, analyze, and report on service requests and tickets
  • Coordinate technical activities for users
  • Provide customer support to Pine Gate Renewable employees
  • Order, maintain and ship electronic equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
