Summary

Join Hire Resolve as an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge solutions. You will work closely with the IT Manager to provide timely feedback and solutions within agreed-upon deadlines, ensuring smooth communication and technical support for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • IT-related degree or diploma
  • Experience with web development platforms or languages
  • Understanding of Server software implementation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Active Directory on MS Server
  • Experience with creating Users/Roles in a Domain environment
  • Understanding of TCP/IP
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Technical knowledge of IT infrastructures
  • Proficient in PC and printer troubleshooting and fault-finding
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues
  • Install and configure software, hardware, PCs, and laptops
  • Ensure systems are backed up and maintained properly
  • Document all tasks and duties related to IT support
  • Provide remote management and support services
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and ISPs
  • Offer first-line support by addressing frequently asked questions
  • Maintain and update the website with product details and industry news
  • Develop and maintain the management reporting application
