IT TPRM and BCP Analyst

Summary

Join Lead, a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products, as an IT TPRM and BCP Analyst in the Information Security team. This role involves ensuring business continuity and managing third-party risks. Candidates should have experience in a start-up environment, knowledge of business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and third-party risk management, and proficiency in risk management software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business resiliency, risk management, or a related field, with specific experience in a start-up environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business continuity plans
• Evaluate and monitor third-party risks
• Prepare detailed risk assessments and reports for senior management
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop and organize the execution of tabletop exercises and test business continuity plans (BCP)
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Facilitate training and awareness programs on business continuity and third-party risk management
• Handle ad-hoc responsibilities as needed and manage special projects

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, CRMP)
