Summary

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Previous experience as an I.T System Trainer or a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of I.T systems, applications and technologies
  • You will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with colleagues at all levels in the business to help with all their IT systems’ needs
  • You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
  • Passionate with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively

Responsibilities

  • As an IT Trainer you will be responsible for delivering training to the organisation on existing business platforms through various training methodologies such as face-to-face, video conferencing, recorded demonstrations and documentation
  • You will apply previous experience as an I.T Systems Trainer or similar role to in ensure our colleagues are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to maximise the potential of our systems
  • You will be an integral part of the CEF IT Training team as we evolve our technology platforms over the coming years
  • You will contribute to business continuity programs to ensure the transition is both seamless and beneficial to the organisation whilst helping foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the company through documentation and successful training delivery
  • Create engaging training material, including manuals, presentations, and recorded demonstrations
  • Ensure training material is up to date and relevant to the needs of the business
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops to colleagues as needed. This may be in-person and online
  • Working with the business, you must offer commercial insight alongside the training to allow colleagues to get full benefit from the learning offered
  • Help plan and manage the training schedule, including scheduling sessions, booking training facilities and ensuring the necessary equipment and materials are available
