Italian Basic AI Data Trainer

Summary

The Italian_Basic AI Data Trainer is a fully remote role where the employee will work closely with a team to train, evaluate, and test an AI model's conversation skills. The goal is to create a safe, accurate, widely knowledgeable, and beneficial conversation partner for various purposes. The person should be exceptional at generating copy intuitively, have metacognitive awareness, a deep interest in linguistics, and fluent in Italian.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (C1 - C2)
• Conversational - Advanced English (B1 - C1)

Responsibilities

• Train the AI by generating examples of ideal conversations, acting as both the User and the AI for the AI to learn from, and collecting sources to help it read large swaths of humanity’s documented knowledge
• Evaluate the AI according to safety, accuracy, and benefit criteria and our training methods
• Test the AI by actively trying to ‘break’ it and improving the way these AI models recover
