IT/Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our technological and operational needs. Responsibilities include managing blockchain infrastructure, monitoring system performance, implementing security protocols, providing IT support, conducting backups and disaster recovery planning, and documenting processes. A bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience in blockchain infrastructure and IT/infrastructure engineering are required. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of server management, cloud technologies, scripting languages, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Blockchain infrastructure
• Proven experience as an IT/Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of server management, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Alicloud)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage blockchain infrastructure, including validator and data nodes, as well as various services that support the blockchain
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Implement security protocols and measures to protect sensitive data and systems
• Provide fundamental support for IT services usage
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements
