Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, information technology, or comparable training
• Solid knowledge in the administration of Linux and Windows servers
• Good knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL database systems
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of working in projects
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Fluent German and English skills

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in customer projects and maintain regular communication with clients
• Advise and support colleagues and customers
• Install and administer Linux server systems
• Regularly patch, test, and update new versions
• Plan, install, and migrate relational database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and server systems (RedHat, Oracle Enterprise Linux)
• Monitor databases and server systems, and troubleshoot and resolve issues after analysis
• Create and maintain technical documentation
