Join our team as a highly skilled Core Java Developer at Architect Level, focusing on developing and enhancing a core underwriting and claims system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of core Java
• Experience with APIs and web services integration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Knowledge of the insurance domain is advantageous but not required
• Proven experience in system architecture and design
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Design and architect core Java-based systems for underwriting and claims processing
• Develop and maintain high-quality code following best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and web services
• Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and security
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Ensure system reliability through testing and debugging efforts
