Summary

Join our team as a Java Developer IV and contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions using a low-code platform. You will work remotely, focusing on front-end and back-end web development, architecture design, and application development. Responsibilities include utilizing form builders, pre-built templates, and a drag-and-drop interface to build solutions. You will also analyze business processes, optimize them, and automate them using productivity tools. Collaboration with the Technical PM/Scrum Master on customer projects is essential. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

  • Have experience from a front-end and back-end web development perspective
  • Possess knowledge and experience in architecture design
  • Have exposure and/or experience for developing applications using a low-code development platform
  • Have 3+ years of experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, programming background in C# or Java or Python and/or .Net
  • Possess problem-solving skills
  • Have knowledge of APIs and microservices and general experience of software integration

Responsibilities

  • Develop applications using a low-code development platform
  • Set up and configure systems for each client's unique requirements
  • Deliver technology solutions for web and/or mobile with minimal traditional coding
  • Work with form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, and entity builder
  • Research and analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them
  • Build technology solutions like a software developer, but faster and smarter using productivity tools
  • Participate with the Technical PM/Scrum Master in leading customer project engagements
  • Perform data analysis, design, development, testing and implementation for task assignments
  • Specialize in software and problem diagnosis
  • Lead and plan technical software implementation processes
  • Lead implementation activities
  • Follow the life cycle methodologies and transformation to diagnose business requests and to decide what can be done with low-code instead of traditional coding (80/20 rule)
  • Be intuitive about how an idea can be turned to an actual working application using drag and drop visual environment
