Java Engineer

Summary

Join Brandwatch, a Cision product, and become part of the Mission Control team, responsible for delivering and enhancing internal administrative functionality across our suite of products. You will work closely with the team and collaborate with other members of the Governance group. The ideal candidate is product-oriented and enjoys a friendly work environment. While prior experience in Java, Spring Framework, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and DevOps tools is beneficial, we encourage applications even if your profile doesn't meet all requirements. Requirements

• Be a product-oriented individual that likes working in a friendly environment where people care about each other and what they do
• Currently reside in Hungary

Responsibilities

• Deliver and enhance internal administrative functionality across our suite of products
• Work closely with the Mission Control team
• Collaborate with other members of the Governance group

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database principles
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar event-driven messaging technologies
• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools: Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
