Java Software Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Software Engineer (Java) to build and scale business-critical web products. Collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment, reporting to an Engineer Team Lead. Design, build, enhance, and scale software products, apps, and platforms based on client needs. Communicate technical topics clearly to clients and collaborate with designers and product teams. Define and document best practices for team performance. This role requires mandatory travel to two company-wide events annually, with expenses covered by the company. Additional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Has 3+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Has experience building and scaling Software Products
• Has experience architecting and deploying Software Products to Cloud Providers like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure
• Experience with Java / Spring Boot (C# / .NET experience may be considered)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, scale, and enhance Software Products, Apps, and Platforms based on Client Needs and Business Requirements
• Communicate Technical Topics clearly, in language that can be easily understood by Clients
• Collaborate with Designers, and Product Teams to propose solutions to meet the goals of Clients and their Products
• Define, refine, and document Best Practices that enable excellent team performance
