Java/Kotlin Software Engineer

Requirements

• A university degree (B.Sc.) in computer science or a related field of study or a successfully completed training as an IT specialist
• You are starting your career or you have some experience as a developer in a professional team
• Good understanding of technical basics
• Solid Experience with Kotlin or Java
• Good analytical and communication skills, attention to detail and an independent work attitude
• Very good language skills in English

Responsibilities

• Create or rework functionalities around clients’ Money Management
• Work and learn with the best computer scientists, academics, and investment professionals
• Use modern technologies in an agile environment: Java/Kotlin, AWS, Jira, etc
• Build and enhance our in-house applications by employing a scalable and reliable approach
• Implement ideas independently in self-organised teams, or in collaboration with other teams

Preferred Qualifications

• German knowledge is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for collaborating within an international, English-speaking environment
• A soft spot for automation and clean code
• Knowledge/Experience in the field of financial services is an advantage
