Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing high-performance systems
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development
• 6+ years of hands-on programming experience with React.js and/or Node.js in production environments
• Proven ability to lead independent projects with small teams (2-3 developers), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and business people, defining architecture based on product requirements
• Break the feature to small work items and lead end to end feature development
• Experience working with UI, microservice based backend, data processing and machine learning, all while solving complex business problems!

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data)
• Hands-on experience working with modern SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
• Familiarity with data processing pipelines for handling large-scale data
• Previous experience developing software solutions for the medical industry
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones
