Summary
Join our team as a JDE Service Consultant and leverage your 8+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules related to Service Contract & WO Billing. Implement and support these modules, configuring and optimizing billing processes for seamless integration with other systems. Drive enhancements in JDE Contract Billing and Service Billing, identifying automation opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing accuracy and streamline operations. Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring compliance. Conduct user training and create documentation for billing workflows. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service billing performance.
