Jira Specialist, ETL and Data Validation Specialist

This position is remote, based in the Philippines, and follows French daytime hours. Requirements

• Solid understanding of MS Excel, with proven skills in PivotTables, VLOOKUP, other formulas, and macros
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and analysis
• Ability to identify and correct errors to maintain data integrity

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in JIRA
• Prepare upload files and ensure data integrity and consistency
• Assist in data cleansing and preparation for analysis
• Utilize MS Excel to perform data analysis, including PivotTables and advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, comparisons, and conditions)
• Assist JIRA admin with validating upload files provided by other teams
• Work collaboratively with different teams to understand their needs and provide timely support
• Ensure data requirements are met
