Jr Compliance Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Junior Project Manager in Innovid's Compliance Team. The role involves managing external audits, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. The candidate should have relevant experience, fluency in English, a Bachelor's degree, familiarity with data privacy regulations, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, compliance, or a similar role
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree - Preferred
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and related frameworks. Knowledge of SOC 2 and/or SOX frameworks is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in documentation and reporting
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with international stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and organization of external audits conducted by regulatory bodies or third-party auditors
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance efforts, including audit schedules, findings, and remediation plans
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends related to data privacy regulations, providing insights and recommendations to enhance compliance efforts
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external auditors, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the audit process
• Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively
• Identify opportunities for streamlining compliance processes and enhancing efficiency in audit preparation and execution
• Support initiatives to raise awareness of compliance requirements among employees, providing training materials and guidance as needed
• Collaborate on special projects and initiatives within the Compliance Team as assigned
