Summary

Requirements

  • Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationship
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
  • Research & identify key client requirements within the accounts and suggest solutions that answer clients' needs and wants

Responsibilities

  • Execute on a customer business outcomes-driven strategy to ensure successful on-boarding, adoption, retention, renewal and expansion of your customer portfolio
  • Increase overall customer lifetime value through higher product adoption, usage, satisfaction and NPS scores
