Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • GPA above 3.4

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu offerings
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
  • Observe relevant health and safety standards
  • Order, receive, and restock ingredients and supplies
  • Build and maintain vendor lists, foster loyal vendor relationships, and set and hold vendors accountable to expectations
  • Spearhead officewide food and beverage coordination
  • Assist with office shipping and receiving duties
  • Help with the fostering and maintenance of WebFX as the Best Place to Work in PA for 9 years running, through various functions
  • Assist with fulfilling team gifts and surprises
  • Participate in the planning, set up, and execution of company-wide special events and programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Part-time/summer job/internship experience or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in any industry
  • Project or event management experience
  • Strong research abilities
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills
  • Ability and willingness to pick up the phone and make a call to keep things moving
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Previous experience as a barista is a plus, but training is also available
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience (a plus!)
  • Experience with setting and adhering to budgets (a plus!)
