Responsibilities

• Uncover client needs and articulate the value proposition clearly and concisely
• Collect essential financial documentation from clients
• Foster customer relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Answer client questions about BHG, its products, and the loan origination process
• Maintain and document client interactions and activities
