Jr. Logistics Coordinator

Summary

The job is for a Bilingual Jr. Logistics Coordinator, a remote position open to residents of Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, and Nicaragua. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST. The role involves logistics tasks such as scheduling shipments, inventory management, coordinating deliveries, assisting with import processes, tracking shipments, and providing updates.

Requirements

• People residing in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2)
• Only resumes in English will be considered!
• C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
• Have 1+ year experience in logistics, supply chain, or admin (remote preferred)
• Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone

Responsibilities

• Scheduling shipments & managing documents
• Inventory management & order processing
• Coordinating deliveries & maintaining shipping records
• Assisting with import processes & customs clearance
• Tracking shipments & providing updates
• General administrative support (meetings, reports, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)

• Our pay rate: is $4/hr (approx $640-740/month)
