Jr. Motion Designer

Summary

As a Jr. Motion Designer at Mediaocean, you will be responsible for video editing and creating motion graphics for various digital channels. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams, and should have proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of motion design and video editing experience
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder
• An understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling

Responsibilities

• Understand, maintain, and extend Mediaocean’s visual brand identities with engaging video
• Edit event recordings, interviews, promotional videos, and more
• Create motion graphics for video content across various digital channels
• Promote and enforce the Mediaocean visual brand to achieve consistency internally and externally
• Work on multiple motion design projects and ensure your projects deadlines are met
• Create mood boards and storyboards to help define your visual direction and align with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects plugins is a plus
• Video Production and filming experience is a plus

Benefits

• $20 - $33 an hour
