Jr. Motion Designer

Summary

Join Mediaocean as a Jr. Motion Designer and contribute to creating engaging video content for various digital channels. Reporting to the Art Director of Motion Design, you will work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of motion design and video editing experience
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder
• An understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Understand, maintain, and extend Mediaocean’s visual brand identities with engaging video
• Edit event recordings, interviews, promotional videos, and more
• Create motion graphics for video content across various digital channels
• Assist Art Director with video production shoots
• Promote and enforce the Mediaocean visual brand to achieve consistency internally and externally
• Work on multiple motion design projects and ensure your projects deadlines are met
• Create mood boards and storyboards to help define your visual direction and align with stakeholders
• Keep up to date with new animation trends, techniques, program plugins, and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects plugins is a plus
• Video Production and filming experience is a plus
