Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or related field
  • In-depth After Effects knowledge and experience
  • Professional training with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator
  • Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya
  • Ability to prioritize assigned work, adjust to constant changes in workflow, and complete work promptly
  • Demonstrates technical proficiency in an AV/post-production environment
  • Familiar with non-linear editing, working with footage, timelines, and audio production techniques
  • Works effectively in a collaborative team environment. Excellent soft skills, communication, etc
  • Passionate about graphic design, typography, and color theory
  • Ability to think creatively and improve upon established processes
  • Excellent at time management, rendering estimates, and quality control
  • Knowledge of the entertainment and game marketing spaces, with a passion for gaming

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day creative production tasks as assigned by the creative team
  • Proactively manage and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Make formatting, layout, and design changes to current projects based on established design standards and guidelines. Reformat graphics to social formats (1X1, 9X16, etc.)
  • Communicate and interact well with producers, team members, and supervisors
  • Problem-solve where editorial and motion graphics challenges meet
  • Network with internal personnel in their area of expertise
  • Take the initiative, receive little instruction on day-to-day work, and general instructions on new assignments are enough to deliver what is needed
  • Provide creative leads with insights into content readiness and quality expectations
  • Organize and streamline projects based on production templates
  • Work closely with creative leads to better understand concepts, deliverables, and creative tone
