Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in B2B SaaS or similar industries
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools
  • Experience with video editing software to create and edit screen recordings, video clips, and product demos
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including web design, email design, 2D design, video editing, and landing page creation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects without extensive oversight
  • Ability to balance the need for speed on quick marketing campaigns with the precision required for web, email, and event designs
  • Proactive problem solver who looks for opportunities to add value and drive better outcomes
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect execution of all deliverables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Brand and Communications, the Product Marketing team, CX, and Growth teams to deliver high-quality designs for web, email, event collateral, and customer-facing materials
  • Execute creative briefs with minimal oversight, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality outputs
  • Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, CX, and Growth, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across campaigns, events, and other touchpoints
  • Ensure all designs align with Wodify’s brand standards and tone, maintaining visual consistency across all channels
  • Create 2D graphics and edit video content, including screenshots and product demonstrations, to support marketing and product initiatives
  • Design visually compelling landing pages that drive conversions and align with campaign goals
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities for creative improvement, bringing new ideas to elevate Wodify’s design strategy
  • Maintain clear and organized design files for team accessibility
