Jr. QA Content Review Specialist

Summary

Join KnowBe4's fast-paced team as a Courseware Quality Assurance Specialist! You will support the Courseware publishing team by ensuring the quality of new eLearning content, maintenance projects, and customizations. Responsibilities include reviewing modules, providing feedback, testing functionality, and creating accessible PDFs. This role requires a B.A. in a relevant field, C2-level English proficiency, experience with various software and project management systems, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• B.A. in English, Linguistics, Instructional Design/Education
• C2-level proficiency in the English language - U.S. dialect
• Experience with GSuite or Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent internal customer service skills and attention to detail
• Experience with web-based project management systems
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Review eLearning modules and provide feedback to courseware staff
• Review and provide suggested edits for module, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables
• Review graphics deliverables as to quality and adherence to courseware standards
• Test built modules for functionality and adherence to accessibility standards
• Create and review accessible PDFs
• Provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to enhance all of the departments in courseware
• Participate as needed with collaborative projects across publishing teams
• Exercise independent discretion on assigned projects
