Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and other design tools
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles
• Ability to create responsive designs that work across different devices and browsers
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to adapt, pivot, and incorporate feedback

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly sales pages and software sales pages that align with Vagaro's brand and business goals
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to create high-converting landing pages that drive sales and lead generation
• Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Design teams to ensure design consistency across all web properties
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website performance
• Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web pages
• Apply CSS to bring designs to life, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with developers and other team members for successful design implementation
• Use web analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales pages
• Optimize web graphics and images for seamless loading times and performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites to improve aesthetics and functionality
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with project goals
• Contribute creative input to enhance the overall design process

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with React and Tailwind CSS
• Experience using Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in web design
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience or willingness to learn Hygraph
