This remote role blends strategic ABM planning with hands-on outbound execution, ideal for someone aiming for a B2B marketing and sales career in a fast-growing SaaS company. You will support the development and execution of ABM campaigns, collaborate with sales to identify target accounts, and execute outbound prospecting. Personalize outreach, manage campaign metrics, and coordinate with other teams to align messaging. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM. The position requires 1β2 years of experience in B2B marketing or a related field, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ABM tools and CRM. A proactive and results-oriented attitude is essential.
Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales development, or related role (internships count!)
- Strong communication and writing skills with a knack for personalization
- Curious, proactive, and excited to learn the intersection of marketing and sales
- Comfortable with outbound activity and motivated by results
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns
- Collaborate with sales to identify and prioritize high-value target accounts
- Execute outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) to drive engagement and set meetings with decision-makers
- Personalize outreach and content for key personas within target accounts
- Manage campaign performance metrics, track engagement, and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with content, demand gen, and sales teams to align messaging and outreach
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results in CRM
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ABM tools, CRM (like Salesforce), and outreach platforms (Gong Engage) a plus
