Junior Accountant

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Background in Accounting (CPA) or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Prior knowledge in Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive documents effectively
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, including transactions from various processors, internal systems, and bank accounts
• Collaborate with the team to ensure adequate cash balances
• Process accounts receivable reconciliations
• Prepare weekly batches for refunds and engage in monthly close procedures, including departmental allocations
• Handle ad hoc projects such as addressing audit requests, cleaning up financial statements, and managing SOX controls
